Who doesn’t know Ketoprac? The typical delicious food of the city of Cirebon is truly loved by Indonesians, especially those living in Java.

In fact, when it comes to the realm of origin, Ketoprac is still a mystery. Many say Cirebon is the hometown of Ketoplak, but some believe that this dish comes from Central Java.

Many mysteries are preserved in this dish, but Ketoplak fascinates enthusiasts with the concept of a merchant cart. Unlike most food vendors, ketoprac vendors use boat model carts.
